You must be at least 18 years old to create a Binqy account. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@binqy.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to: misuse the AI assistant; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights; or use the service for commercial purposes without written consent.
Binqy offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the App Store / Google Play policies.
