At Binqy, your family's privacy is a core value — not an afterthought. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We collect information you provide directly, including account details (name, email), baby profiles (name, birth date, gender), and any data you log (feeding, sleep, milestones, growth measurements). We also collect usage data to improve the app experience.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Binqy service — personalizing recommendations, powering the AI assistant, and generating your baby's reports. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with research partners to advance pediatric health knowledge. Any third-party service providers we use are bound by strict data processing agreements.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We undergo regular third-party security audits and follow OWASP best practices. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Privacy). We honor GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent privacy regulations globally.
Binqy is designed for use by parents and caregivers. Accounts must be created by adults (18+). Data relating to children is treated with the highest level of care and is never used for advertising purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
